70 energy Healer Monk!
Hello everyone, recently been playing around some ritualist skills and ended up with a good build I would like to share
Armor: Full Ascetics (or Radiant incase of inscribable ones) and Servant's Scalp Pattern (the +1 healing one)
Runes: Major Healing Rune, Major Vigor (of course can be replaced with a Sup Vigor), Minor Divine Favor, Rune of Attunement, Rune of Vitae.
Profession: Monk/Ritualist
Skills: 1. Dwayna's Kiss
2. Healing Light {E} (can be replaced with Word of Healing)
3. Etheral Light (can be replaced with Orison but personally i prefer it for that little extra healing)
4. Hard Ress (Rebirth/Resurrect your choice)
5. Heal Party
6. Healing Seed
7. Signet of Rejuvination
8. Mighty Was Vorizun (Rit spell)
Attributes: 15 Healing Prayers, 11 Divine Favor, 8 Communing.
Following this list you should end up with health around 496, 70 energy, and +15 Armor with almost no backdowns.
Template Code: Owgm0wPCkCihhYIb0Y/7y0HJR3dBDA
Suggestions Welcome, Enjoy!

You forgot to mention your weapon set, not that it really matters. The point of your build was using "Mighty was Vorizon" to gain +20 energy.
Not critiquing the rest of the build, I'll restrict my comments to your +20 energy. I think when it comes to energy on a monk the crucial issue is how one maintains it, not the maxium capacity. I'd take a Glyp of Lesser Energy (GoLE) over "Mighty was Vorizon", which saves me 20 energy as opposed to boosting my max energy. Keep in mind you had to invest skill points into communing which could have went towards Divine. Not saying that your idea was a bad one, I just think their are better alternatives.
*note there are several threads regarding monks and managing energy, they might be worth the read. Mesmer/Ele line provide several way to maintain or recoup energy. Knowing how to cast efficiently is great, and minimizing your skill set to 5e spells helps as well.

Not sure why you'd want healing light as the elite, especially since there aren't enchs being thrown around...word of healing is by far a better choice. take out ethereal for orison if you go woh, since that'd be your main self heal

Who said the healer has to throw the enchants , Ele: uses an attunement, necro mainly for pve is Bip or SS, Prot monk mainly is enchantments. Hope you get the picture, I had many ppl asking why healing light aswell thats why I typed can be switched for WoH, depending on situation, In case of a FoW Group healing light works better.

How does energy denial work with Might was Vorizun? Would this be treated as the same as a high energy set? Just curious how my energy would work out if, for instance, I get down to ~5 energy, then drop vorizuns....?
Regardless, if you need more than...45 energy, you need another group or more practice IMO. (of course this disregards special circumstances, as PvP oriented folks carry the +energy set)

Yes, it would be treated as a high energy set. You also couldn't hold something and have your weapon set out simultaneously.

70 energy isn't really helpful, as you still burn through it at the same rate, and have to wait just as long for regen. Also, you'll get a lot more mileage out of +armor or +health armor. I'd rather be alive and out of energy than dead, and have cast one more spell.
Healing prayers in general are very weak, for a few reasons.
-No condition/hex removal
-Other than healing seed, no damage mitigation.
If you want in infinienergy monk build, run glyph of renewal/divine spirit. People will still die, even as you karate chop the bejeezus out of your keyboard. Damage mitigation is key.
If you must go healing, look for extremely energy efficient heals. LoD would replace heal party on this bar and save you a lot more than 3 energy/cast.
Healer's boon makes all your heals super efficient, saving you energy in the same way.
